Recently, Harbin Taiping International Airport natural gas distributed energy station project Jenbacher gas generator completed commissioning, successfully connected to the grid, and successfully passed continuous 72+24 hour trial operation test.

In 2018, Harbin Taiping International Airport opened T2 Terminal with an area of 143,921 square meters. There is a 3,200-meter long, 45-meter wide asphalt track; The station is equipped with 82 aircraft seats, and a number of maintenance seats; It can guarantee the passenger throughput of 18 million person-times, cargo throughput of 175,000 tons and aircraft takeoff and landing of 141,000 flights in 2020.

The natural gas distributed energy station project of Harbin Taiping International Airport is invested and constructed by Heilongjiang Airport Management Group Co., LTD. Its main function is to provide cooling and heating for T1 and T2 terminals, and the gas generator sets are connected to the grid to the 66KV total voltage reduction side of 10KV, which is used in the whole hall. Energy station construction area of about 2299 square meters, construction area of about 2155.84 square meters.

The main equipment of the energy station includes 2 1.2MW Jenbacher J416 gas generating units, 2 1000RT high-pressure centrifugal chiller units, 2 reburning lithium bromide absorption chiller units with cooling capacity of 4652KW/ heat capacity of 3582KW, 2 1500RT cooling towers, 2 750RT cooling towers and 1 14MW pressure bearing unit Gas boilers, 2 7MW pressure gas boilers. The generator capacity accounts for 9.6% of the total power consumption capacity of the airport, and the heating and cooling load of the triple power supply system accounts for 51.1% and 30.3% of the cooling and heating load of T1 and T2 terminals respectively.
