The project is divided into two phases, of which the biogas power generation capacity of the second phase is 3.6MW, using three Yanbach J416 biogas generating units, which have been successfully started up and debugged recently. All the power generated by the generator set can be connected to the Internet, and the waste heat generated by the generator set at the same time can be reused to the production process and living heating, so as to realize the full use of energy.

The Yanbach gas generator set adopted by the project has excellent gas adaptability. The unit can maintain the stability and continuous operation of output power even when the gas methane concentration changes and the pressure fluctuates greatly, with very high reliability and stability, which has won the trust and praise of users. Currently, there are more than 8,500 INNIO Yanbach gas generating units worldwide that use renewable gas such as biogas, landfill gas and bio-gas as fuel.

In recent years, due to changes in agricultural practices and the improvement of farmers' living standards, plant straws are no longer used as the main fuel in rural areas. Instead, they are burned. Burning straw not only pollutes the air, affects human health, but also easily causes fire and other problems. Burning straw causes many fires and traffic accidents, which directly affects people's lives and causes serious economic losses. To this end, the state and local have issued a number of special policies to support rural areas to vigorously develop the comprehensive utilization of biogas and crop straw, develop biogas and other biomass energy, promote the construction of a new socialist countryside, and promote the harmonious development of urban and rural areas. With the establishment of the national dual carbon strategic goal, this kind of agricultural and forestry waste resource utilization project will further highlight its huge environmental value and far-reaching social significance.
